Frederick Goes Purple
Month of September
National Recovery Month in September is associated with the color purple. The entire community is encouraged to “Go Purple” to bring awareness and understanding of mental health, substance addiction, and to celebrate those living in recovery!
This month we ask you to pray, to wear purple for reminders and awareness and to encourage and support those you may know who are living in recovery.
